Primary Election Forum
Ballots will soon be landing in Hood River mailboxes. For the last four years Thrive and Livable Hood River have partnered to host candidate forums for local elections. Since we can’t do an in-person event this year, we posed questions to the candidates to give the public an opportunity to learn more about where they stand on important issues. Candidate statements are published in the order that they were submitted. We want to thank the candidates for their responses.

Statement in Support of Measure 14-69 by Les Perkins
We had hoped to provide statements representing pro and con for the ballot measure but have been unable to find a person/group willing to write in opposition. If you would like to submit a Statement in Opposition, please contact info@thrivehoodriver.org.
